Portraits from Mongolia Summer '15

I was lucky enough to be invited to participate in a photographic expedition to Northern Mongolia in August 2015. I brought my Hasselblad with its primary purpose making portraits. This camera along with the wonderful 110mm f/2 Planar lens is my favorite setup for making portraits on film. Meet the members of our expedition and some of the people we met along the way.

While in Hankh, we were invited to photograph a local family dressed in their Mongolian garb. The color images below are from that wonderful evening. Such a beautiful and proud family.
